ClassRoom.Study ("the Platform") is developed and operated by Glonextech (Pty) Ltd ("we", "us"), a South African company. These Terms form a binding agreement between you ("the User") and us.
You must be at least 13 years old, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activity under your account.
You agree not to use the Platform for unlawful purposes, to infringe anyone's rights, to harvest personal data, to publish hateful, defamatory, or sexually explicit content involving minors, or to disrupt the service.
The Platform uses third-party large language and media models to generate classrooms, slides, images, audio, and video. Output can be inaccurate, biased, or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing, correcting, and attributing anything you publish or share.
Creators may sell access to courses through the Platform. Revenue share, publish fees, and payout schedules are set in the Creator Agreement and visible inside your dashboard. You are responsible for your own tax obligations.
We may suspend or terminate access to any account that violates these Terms or puts the service at risk. Paid users may request a refund in line with the Refund Policy.
